Primary Duties:Responsible for sourcing, identifying and closing IT/ Non-IT professionals.Recruiting for temporary/contractual, permanent, temp to hire positions using job portals like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Corp-Corp and internal database.Sorting through hundreds of resumes/applications to find the ideal match.Negotiating pay rates between vendors and candidatesAdvertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Blogs, Google groups etc.Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)Research and implement new ideas for active and passive candidate recruiting.Required Skills:Must have excellent communication skillsMust be flexible to work in Night shiftsMin 1 year of experience in US staffingStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT skills or technology personnel.Ability to work with a high degree of self- direction and flexibility especially with respectPerks:Certified as the Best Place to Work in IndiaWorking hours US Hours (7PM to 4AM)Both Side Cab (Hiring Radius Noida, South Delhi, Gurgaon)MealsAttractive Incentives
