Required Experience- Freshers to 4+ years
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Primarily working on Healthcare/ Clinical /Pharma / Non-IT
• Hiring W2 consultants' cases of submission.
• Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
• Working on Job Portals ( Monster, Career Builder, etc.), Company's personal database, and large personal hotlist.
• Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.
• Attending weekly update meetings and reporting to a manager.
• Resource mapping, resume screening, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
• End-to-End coordination of interviews between prime vendors, third-party vendors, clients, and consultants.
• Setting up interviews for consultants.
• Preparatory talks with the consultants before the Interview.
• Follow up with the selected consultants.
• Recruiting, Hiring, Submissions & Follow-Up.
• Involved with the full life cycle of the recruitment and with the Business
